What comes included when we have our wedding at Hidden Springs?

Our wedding packages include:

• Exclusive access the day of your wedding from 10 am - 10 pm to the barn venue, courtyard, and lakeside ceremony area

• Use of the wedding party suites to get ready in on the day of your wedding starting at 10 am.

• Tables, chairs, linens (white or ivory), your choice of one of our 6 arbors, and basic setup of these items are also included.

How many guests can your event space hold?

We can accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably, but ideal guest count is 150.

Do you host weddings for same-sex couples?

Of course we do.

Do you allow outside vendors?

Yes we do. Upon booking, we will provide you with recommendations of vendors we know and trust. Couples are welcome to bring whoever they’d like.

Do you require a wedding coordinator?

Yes, we require our couples to use a Hidden Springs Wedding Coordinator or a professional coordinator or planner from our pre-approved list.

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes, with certain conditions. Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender and proof of event insurance is required.

Do you require event insurance?

Yes, we do require insurance. We provide the link for you to purchase the correct insurance

Can I book Hidden Springs Venue for the entire weekend?

Absolutely. Our ceremony space overlooks the lake, and our courtyard is perfect for cocktail hour under the trees. We also have covered and indoor spaces as a backup plan, so you’ll never have to stress about the weather.

What’s the venue like in the extreme hot/cold?

All of our cabins and our wedding barn are climate controlled.

What’s your Plan B for weather-related issues?

You can use the inside of the barn for both ceremony and reception or use one of two white tents Hidden Springs Venue offers. We recommend discussing weather plans with your coordinator during booking.

Do you offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options?

Yes, we offer both. Many couples choose our lakefront ceremony space outdoors, but we also have the barn that provides a beautiful setting if the weather shifts.

What kind of parking is available?

We offer ample parking for your guests and a separate parking area for vendors, with overflow options as needed.

Do you allow sparkler send-offs?

Yes, we love a good sparkler exit!

Can I get ready at the venue?

Yes! We have two wedding party suites on site that you have access to at 10 am on the day of your wedding.

Are the cabins included in the rental price?

A set number of cabins may be included in the package, with additional cabins available to add-on. Please ask about current package details.

Do you have cabins or overnight accommodations at your wedding venue?

Yes! We have onsite cabins that can be used for overnight stays, bridal party prep, or even private vow exchanges. Many couples book our cabins for the full weekend to make their wedding feel like a retreat. We have 6 cabins that can accommodate up to 35-45 overnight guests.

Are the cabins and venue pet friendly?

Yes, we’re pet-friendly! Please let us know in advance if you plan to include your furry friend.

What do you require to reserve a date?

We ask for a signed contract, 25% of the total booking cost, and a $500 refundable security deposit.

Upon booking, how do we pay?

Our payment methods are detailed in our contract - we prefer taking payments via check or bank transfer, however we do accept credit card payments upon request (3% fee will apply).

What city is close to Hidden Springs Venue?

Chattanooga, Tennessee, the largest city in the vicinity of our venue, is located approximately 30 minutes away. It offers a variety of excellent dining options, scenic hiking trails, and a range of shopping destinations. Closer to the venue, the communities of Ooltewah and Cleveland, Tennessee, also provide additional local amenities and attractions.

Do you provide wedding coordination?

Yes, we offer in house month of coordination for an additional $2,000. If you decide on an outside coordinator then we will provide a host to be onsite for wedding day.

Is a wedding coordinator required at Hidden Springs Venue?

Yes, at Hidden Springs Venue we do require each couple to have a coordinator. They must be professional, but they do not have to be our in house coordinators.

Do you offer off-season pricing?

Our pricing is consistent year round, but we offer a selection of perks for our clients that book in these months: January, February, March, July, August, December.

Can we take engagement or bridal photos at the venue before the wedding?

Yes! Couples who book their wedding at Hidden Springs are welcome to schedule engagement, bridal, or anniversary photo sessions on our property. The lake, open fields, and wooded trails make beautiful backdrops year-round.
