All final details will be handled professionally by our team starting 4-6 weeks prior to your event, as well as the day-of your event, so that you and your partner can feel at ease and confident that everything is being taken care of.

A pre-approved coordinator or planner is required for all bookings at Hidden Springs Venue. If you would like more in-depth planning services and your needs are beyond our coordinating packages, you may opt for a professional wedding planner from our pre-approved list.
